Participants will learn to support the creation of a positive classroom culture by leading efforts to build strong relationships and community among students, model proactive relationship-building strategies to reduce conflict and improve discipline outcomes, and integrate social-emotional learning to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that enhances both student behavior and achievement.
